		<description>I suppose Android notification system is one of the freshest designs. To make it more better for the battery I think should requires to be a Universal organization for App notification. Detailed app well most apps needs to update their contain like Twitter, RSS feeds, IM chat clients, new apps, etc.. There demand to be a comprehensive notification system where the system for each everything for the apps and not every last app operating in background to update and remains working after the notification is passed. I guess this is where Task Killer are benefited. The most slow amounts from apps operating in background executing update or synchronise with the servers. If there is a way to construct a general system or rebuild the Android task system to kill the app right after its update is shown in the notification.</description>
