I recently had a hardware with my Sony VAIO laptop, which is still under warranty. The level of customer service is incredible, I never seen such dedication and efficiency in any other customer services elsewhere. My laptop was collected from Ireland on a thursday, fixed in Belgium and delivered back to me by the following tuesday! I can’t say better than that can be found elsewhere but it is rare for sure. As a gift they threw in a cleaning cloth, nice gesture. Then followed up with email to enquire on satisfaction and if I needed anything else.

Have quite a bit of experience with Sony laptops. will never again purchase one. why? poor product, overheating. extremely poor customer service at Sony Center, Patrick’s Street, Cork. score out of ten? about a half. Sony should go back to basics and learn how to manufacture a safe product!
Hi Michael, I have had no troble with my sony laptop, it is incredibly reliable, runs cool even after being in use for 4 or 5 hours, customer service was second to none when the power connector failed. build quality is excellent also, then again it is the same model range that 007 used in Quantum of Solace
